wenn Ihr das Registrierungsformular ausgefüllt habt (egal, ob das zum ersten Mal oder zur Änderung passiert), erhalte ich als Registeradmin Eure Daten per Mail! Eure Daten werden dann zeitnah von mir verarbeitet und in meine lokale Datenbank aufgenommen. Die Eintragung erfolgt dabei mit einem Zeitstempel des aktuellen Monats.
Bereitgestellte Bilder werden von mir heruntergeladen und landen damit in meinem Bildfundus lokal auf meinem Rechner.
Aktualisierung der Datenbank:
Alle Änderungen des laufenden Monats werden zu Beginn des Folgemonats hochgeladen. Dabei wird die bisherige Datenbank der Webseite komplett durch die neue hochgeladene Datenbank ersetzt.
Bereitstellung von Bildern zu den Registereinträgen:
Gesammelte Bilder werden in einem vierteljährlichen Turnus jeweils zu Beginn eines Quartals hochgeladen. Hierbei muss jedes Bild einen passenden Dateinamen erhalten und auf ein geeignetes Bildformat geändert werden. Da hier jeweils über 100 Bilder pro Quartal zusammenkommen, bitten wir um Geduld, dass dies nicht öfter geschieht.

Your data will then be processed by me in a timely manner and added to my local database. The registration takes place with a time stamp of the current month.
Provided pictures are downloaded by me and are collected in my image fund locally on my computer.
Updating the database:
All changes for the current month will be uploaded at the beginning of the following month. The previous database of the website will be completely replaced by the new uploaded database.
Providing images of the register entries:
Collected images are uploaded on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each quarter. Each image must be given a suitable file name and changed to a suitable image format. Since more than 100 images per quarter come together here, we ask for patience that this does not happen more often.
