BS1 - 124BS10041988

First entry 06/2018: Mileage: 94,989. Transmission: Manual. Vehicle Title: Clear. Leather Seats. I have owned this car since 1973. It has been stored in a garage and not been driven in the winter since 1987. Recently I have only put about 500 miles a year on it, during the summer. The brakes were completely replaced in 2014, and new tires in 2017. The mechanical condition was completely checked and fixed where needed in 2001. It still starts and drives very well. Auctioned at Ebay in 06/2018 for: Starting bid: US $6,000.00. Update 04/2022: New owner. Former Nova Scotia car. Lovingly maintained in practically original condition. Finished in Colorado Yellow (241) from the factory, this 1971 Spider was painted in 2000 in the same shade. Overall in very good shape, it benefits from a lifetime of garage storage that is heated in the winter and summer-only driving. Per the owner, doors, hood and trunk all open and close with no issue, there are no gaps or deviations in the body and no use of Bondo. The black soft top works properly and the boot cover is in like-new condition, with anchors and rear “boomerangs” mounted firmly, ensuring they stay in place while driving. Though always driven in clear conditions, on the rare occasion the owner encountered rain, he notes the interior stayed dry with the top up. All lights and windshield wipers work and there is no significant rust present however, there is a small loonie-sized bubble on the passenger’s side front fender. Auctioned at shiftgate.com with Reserve in 04/2022. Current Bid: $5,000 CAD
