First entry 08/2013: For sale by auction on Saturday 31st August 2013 with Historics at Brooklands. Odometer reading 90,628 km. Estimate GBP3,500 - GBP5,500. This atractive example is presented in deep blue with black leather trim and has been subject to a full re-spray and sympathetic body work in its recent history leaving this highly usable little sports car in great shape for the open road. Along with the body work, an engine re-build and new triple radiator has been fitted to increase the usability of this Spider and it is offered with eight months left to run on the MoT test certificate. Update 03/2021: New owner. Picked this up today. Needs a bit of work, mainly brakes and chrome bumper conversion. Also would like some steel wheels with chrome hub caps. Update 04/2022: Ive decided to sell my Fiat 124 Spider that I have owned for just over a year. The previous owner bought it from Historics Classic Car Auctions for GBP7,840 + buyer fees in 2013. Aesthetically its a very nice looking car but its a bit rough around the edges. The car comes with a chrome bumper conversion kit. I bought the bumpers from Spider Point and the fitting brackets from Del Priore in Germany. I have also fitted an original set of refurbished steel wheels with NOS hubcaps and a new set of tyres. The car runs and drives but you cant drive it for more than about a mile as it will overheat. It will therefore need trailering away. Auctioned at Ebay in 04/2022 for: Starting bid: GBP6,000.00
